Due to the high quality and digital nature of the work, refunds are not common. If you feel that you are an exception you can apply with our refund process.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact us at jordan@brandthis.io with your order details. We will review and process your pro-rated within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized digital products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

Delivery Policy

As all of our products are digital in nature, they can be delivered instantly and worldwide without any shipping involved. Delivery times vary based on the product or service purchased:

Design Partner: Delivery is typically 1-3 days on average. However, for larger projects (such as websites), the delivery time may be longer.

Plunder (Coming Soon): Delivery is instant after purchase.

Websites: Delivery is typically 1-5 days, but can range up to 3-4 weeks

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

Returns for digital products must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. The product must not have been downloaded or accessed.

Return Process:

Return Costs:

As our products are digital, there are no shipping costs associated with returns.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: Orders for digital products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them if the product has not been accessed. To cancel an order, please contact us at jordan@brandthis.io.
